Yes. We handle new and pre-owned properties, bought from a developer or from another person, with no city restriction.
What changes from case to case is the list of documents and the steps required. We confirm that at the first contact.
It depends on the transaction. In certain financing transactions provided for by law, the contract can have the effect of a public deed and go to registration without a separate deed.
That depends on the legal framework of the transaction and the parties. Not every financing waives the deed, and registration is still required. We confirm what applies to your case.
Yes. If you already have the deed or the signed financing contract and the title is not yet in your name, we handle only that step.
In a purchase and sale, it is the registration of the title at the Real Estate Registry that transfers ownership. We check the title and follow the filing, any requirements and completion. The act of registration belongs to the registry.
Within the partner network, no. Buyers referred by a partner developer do not pay for our service.
Outside the network, there is an operational fee from R$ 750, depending on the case, confirmed before you hire us.

The bank reviews and approves the loan. The notary office executes the deed. The Real Estate Registry records it. Ristra organizes the documents, coordinates the parties and follows each step until the contracted work is complete.
